Charlotte Newstead

Charlotte studied music at the University of Bristol where she went on to gain a Masters Degree in Early Music. She is in demand throughout the region as a concert soprano, and specialises in the early repertoire with many notable oratorio and opera roles to her name. She is also a busy vocal teacher with experience of teaching across many styles of singing.

Charlotte has been teaching the Grades 1-5 course at the University of Bristol in 2006 and has also delivered courses on the English oratorio and sight-singing. She has been a tutor on the Ways Into Music course since its inception in 2008 and we are delighted she is part of the tutor team of all 4 music.
